By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Service.

User Content

Your Videos: When you record and upload videos to InterviewTok, you retain ownership of your content. By posting content on the Service, you grant InterviewTok a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

Content Guidelines: You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information of others without their consent
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material not authorized by InterviewTok
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Impersonates any person or entity

Anonymous Posting: When you choose to post anonymously, your identity will not be displayed to other users. However, we retain the ability to identify the account associated with anonymous content for moderation and legal compliance purposes.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable at our sole discretion. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content guidelines.

Community Interactions

Reactions and Feedback: InterviewTok allows users to provide feedback on videos through reactions (“Nice” or “Needs Improvement”). You agree to use this feature constructively and respectfully.

Domain Clubs: Participation in domain clubs is subject to these Terms. Members are expected to contribute positively to their communities.

AI Analysis and Feedback

InterviewTok uses artificial intelligence to analyze your video responses and provide feedback on communication skills. You acknowledge that:

• AI analysis is provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only
• AI feedback is not a guarantee of interview success or professional qualifications
• AI analysis may not always be perfectly accurate
• We may use your content to improve our AI analysis capabilities, in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is the property of InterviewTok and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Subscription and Payments

The Service may offer premium features through paid subscriptions. If you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewTok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated feedback.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InterviewTok operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
